1. Account Terms & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases or enter into binding agreements on Ceylon Net.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your SSO account credentials (username, password, access tokens).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and account information during registration and checkout.
• You may not use Ceylon Net for any illegal, unauthorized, or infringing activities.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We strive to present accurate product descriptions, file technical specs, and pricing information. However, Ceylon Net does not warrant that product descriptions or digital content are completely error-free.
• Prices for digital assets and services are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional coupon discounts are valid for a limited time and subject to usage limits.
• Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD as indicated at checkout.

3. Orders, Payments & Processing

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Ceylon Net reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Payments are processed securely via accredited third-party payment processors (PayHere) or verified direct bank transfers.
• You authorize Ceylon Net and its processing partners to charge the total invoice amount (including applicable taxes and gateway processing fees) to your selected payment method.

4. Digital Fulfillment & License Scope

Upon successful payment verification, Ceylon Net grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and download the purchased digital asset for personal or commercial development as specified in the product description.

Re-selling, redistributing, leasing, or publicly sharing raw source files downloaded from Ceylon Net without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, source code, visual designs, brand marks, and software assets featured on Ceylon Net are the exclusive intellectual property of Ceylon Net or its licensors, protected by trademark and copyright laws of Sri Lanka and international treaties.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ceylon Net, its directors, employees, software engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of our software assets or services.
